Why can't I add an image to my lightbox?

The most likely reason is that the lightbox works by sending you a cookie with the lightbox name. If your Internet Settings are set not to receive any cookies then you will not be able to create a lightbox.

By changing your Internet settings on your computer to accept cookies you can enable this functionality. If you do not wish to change your settings then please email us the image codes of the pictures you are interested in and we will provide an alternative to the lightbox for you. Please rest assured we are now developing the site to remove the need to use a cookie. Many thanks.

Where has my basket gone?

The basket opens in a new window. When you go back to the main search screen that window is still open. So when you click on the basket icon to add another image it will be correctly added to the basket. However, you need to click on the existing basket window to see this. When you have a lot of windows open at once this can take a while to access.

TIP
If you find this behaviour unhelpful you should close the basket window each time you want to move to another window. This means a new basket window will be opened next time and pop up at the front of the screen.

I am being asked to login in more than once, why is this and how can I stop it happening?

You are almost certainly using the Safari web browser on an Apple Mac. Please let us know if it is an another browser so we can investigate.

The best solution is to use the Firefox browser on this site if you are using an apple mac. You can download this free software from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ and the site will work perfectly.

If you do not want to do this then you may need to upgrade your version of Safari which should be possible through your mac's 'Software Update' function. We are currently testing exactly which versions have problems and which version you need to run this website without multiple logins
